The Journal of Advances Research in Digital and Interdisciplinary Methods (JARDIM) is an open access journal that follows a Creative Commons licensing model to ensure broad dissemination and accessibility of published work while protecting authors’ intellectual property rights.

 

Copyright Ownership

  • Authors retain the copyright to their work.

  • Upon acceptance of the manuscript, authors grant JARDIM the right to publish and distribute their work.

  • The journal uses the Creative Commons Attribution License (CC BY 4.0), which allows others to:

    • Share – copy and redistribute the material in any medium or format.

    • Adapt – remix, transform, and build upon the material for any purpose, including commercial use, provided proper credit is given to the original authors and source.

 

License Agreement

  • By submitting a manuscript to JARDIM, authors agree to license their work under CC BY 4.0 International License.

  • Authors must complete and submit a License Agreement form after acceptance, granting the journal permission to publish under these terms.

 

Author’s Rights

Under the CC BY 4.0 license, authors retain the following rights:

  • Reuse the work in future research, presentations, or teaching materials, with proper acknowledgment.

  • Share the published version on personal websites, institutional repositories, or other platforms.

  • License the article to third parties, including for commercial purposes, as long as attribution is maintained.

 

Third-Party Permissions

  • Authors must ensure that any material included from other sources (images, data, tables, etc.) has the necessary permissions for reuse and adaptation.

  • Proper credit must be given to third-party content included in the manuscript.

 

Commercial Use

  • JARDIM permits commercial use of published articles under CC BY 4.0, provided proper attribution is given.
